Bucharest is the city that attracts the largest volume of investments in Romania, and the real estate segment is a massive contributor to increasing the investment attractiveness of the capital. Dan has been trying to keep this status for his city by implementing sustainable solutions in the city. He is the mayor who is focused on many different segments of how to make Bucharest better: from urban mobility, environment, economy, education, health, culture to overall safety. Mayor of Bucharest is also constantly trying to implement projects to fight pollution and expand the capital's green areas, including creating a "green belt" around the city.  Nicușor Dan has recently announced that a consortium of four companies won the public tender to develop an Integrated Air Quality Plan in the city.
